Exceptions Sec. 38-35
(1) Any subject item parked or stored within a building or fully enclosed garage on private property.
(2) Any subject item held in connection with a business enterprise lawfully licensed by the city for the servicing and repair of subject items and properly operating in accordance with the city's Code of Ordinances and the city's Unified Development Code.
(3) Any subject vehicle within a carport that is being actively repaired on at least a weekly basis. Subject vehicle and its parts when not being repaired shall be neatly covered with an opaque cover.
(4) A subject vehicle which is not inoperable or wrecked, except for not having a current license or safety inspection may be stored in a covered carport.
